Really nifty old form of map projection from the mid-1600s. Found this on a site which sells old maps and charts for collectors. Believe it or not, this bad boy of the map world is printed on vellum and goes for over seven grand (that's cash).
Now just to come up with enough insanity to convince myself to drop that much on a map and we'll be all set. Aye?
